These terms cover dogtailmarketing.com, Dog Tail CRM and the Dog Tail text messaging program, operated by Ian Dolan Consulting LLC ("Dog Tail," "we," "us"). By using our website, booking pages or text messages, you agree to these terms.
Dog Tail text messaging program
- Program: Dog Tail sends text messages about pet care bookings to customers who opt in: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, checkout receipts, pet report cards and occasional offers when openings are available.
- How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on a Dog Tail booking form next to the text messaging consent statement. Giving a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase.
- Message frequency varies with your bookings.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
- For help: reply HELP or email hello@dogtailmarketing.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Using our website and services
You agree to give accurate information in forms and bookings and to use our website and services lawfully. Marketing services and software are provided under the agreement you sign with us, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our website and messages are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Ian Dolan Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the messaging program.
